COVID19 Updates from Buttercup Haven

How We Are Protecting Our Guests

The cleanliness of Buttercup Haven has always been a top priority. However, in the era of COVID-19, we’ve taken additional steps to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Here’s what we have put in place during May 2020:

  • Installation of two “iWave-R” air purifiers (one for each HVAC system). These purifiers kill mold, bacteria, and viruses, as well as reduce allergens, odors, smoke, static electricity, and other airborne particles, without creating ozone or any harmful byproducts.
  • Enhanced cleaning protocols, following CDC guidelines for rental units. These include using an EPA-approved disinfectant for COVID-19 between guests. My crew is disinfecting all light switches, door handles, surfaces, and other touch surfaces, in addition to our regular, thorough cleaning.
  • At least a 24-hour vacancy between guests. We are ensuring the home is unoccupied for at least 24 hours between guests for all new bookings.
  • Hand Sanitizer Stations. We have added hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the home.

Also, we continue to provide our guests with keyless entry to Buttercup Haven, allowing them to check-in and check-out without interfacing with staff. We have maintained our flexible cancellation policy, allowing guests to reschedule their stays without penalty.

Finally, we have kept all 2020 guests informed on what to expect in the Franklin area with email updates on the phased re-opening and steps to stay safe when visiting.

We welcome feedback on these and any suggested measures we might consider.
